✨ A special moment… ✨

Last week, I welcomed my very first learners into The Knowledge Nook

What started as an idea has become a calm, supportive space where children can build confidence, take their time, and feel proud of their progress.

Seeing children settle in, smile, and start to believe in themselves already means everything.

If your child would benefit from calm, caring support to build their confidence and close gaps in their learning, I’d love to help 🌿

Really looking forward to starting sessions with my two new students in the first week of April 💛

Those first sessions are always so important — getting to know each child, building confidence, and creating a space where they feel comfortable to learn and ask questions.

The Knowledge Nook is nearly ready, and I can’t wait to welcome them in 😊

🎥 I’ll be sharing a little video of the space soon…

A couple of slots are still available — feel free to message me for more information!

A little personal milestone I’m really proud of today 🎓

Alongside teaching full time, I’ve completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Studies in Education (PGDip, Merit) with the Open University.

It’s been a lot of evenings, weekends and cups of tea, but I’m so glad I stuck with it. The course focused on educational leadership, research and understanding how children learn best, and it’s already shaping the way I think about teaching and supporting pupils.

I’m really excited to bring this learning into the small-group tutoring sessions I’m starting through The Knowledge Nook, supporting children in Years 3–6 with reading, writing and maths.

If you’re local to Market Harborough and interested in hearing more about the sessions, feel free to drop me a message 📚

Hello 👋

I’m Mrs Lambert, a qualified primary school teacher, and this summer I’m opening The Knowledge Nook — a small, calm tutoring space here in Market Harborough.

From the Summer term, I’ll be offering small-group support for Key Stage 2 children, with a focus on building confidence, gently closing learning gaps, and helping children feel calmer and more capable in their learning.

The Knowledge Nook has been created as a quieter, more nurturing alternative to busy classrooms and high-pressure tutoring — a space where children can slow down, feel safe and begin to believe in themselves again.

I’m currently accepting enquiries for the Summer term.
If you’d like to find out more, you’re very welcome to have a look at the website or send me a message for an informal chat — no pressure at all. 💬

🌿 Growing confidence. Lasting understanding.
