Hello everyone 🥰

Just wanted to give an update as some of you may know that I am expecting twins in December. I teach my yoga class regularly on a Thursday evening at the lovely Cliffsend Community Hall, and have done for years now. It’s my favourite part of the week.

I have found this pregnancy more physically and mentally challenging as expected with a toddler running around, and this week I have been in hospital which I feel is due to constantly being on the go and not slowing down. Due to this there won’t be yoga this week.

I have decided to teach one last yoga class on Thursday 13th August. Giving me plenty of time to rest and to prepare for their arrivals. Teaching yoga to my little yoga community is my favourite thing to do, it really does fill my heart with so much joy and passion! We’ve grown such a lovely community over the years. I am both sad and nervous to put a long pause on something that I love so much but my regulars know that I will back when the babies are here and we’re settled, as I really hope that you all will be back too ❤️
