7pm - 8pm - Cadet Kickboxing - Pad-Work Based (Age 11 to 17 years)
8:15pm - 9:15pm - Adults Only Kickboxing - Pad-Work Based (Age 15+)

Tuesday’s
6pm - 6:45pm - Juniors Kickboxing (Age 5-10 years)
8pm - 9p

m - Adults Only Thai Boxing (Age 15+)

Wednesday's
6:45pm - 7:45pm - Ladies Only Kickboxing
8:00pm - 9:00pm - Adults Only K1 Kickboxing (Age 15+)

Thursday's
6:15pm - 7:15pm - Cadet K1 Kickboxing - CONTACT BASED (Age 11 to 17 years) *** CONTACT BASED CLASS ***
7:30pm - 8:45pm - Adult K1 Kickboxing - CONTACT BASED (Age 15+) *** CONTACT BASED CLASS ***

Saturday’s
8am - Circuit's - A mix of cardio, weights, strength and conditioning (Adults ONLY)
11am - Box "n" Burn - A cardio based boxing and fitness session
12:30pm - 1:30pm - K1 Kickboxing *** CONTACT BASED CLASS ***

Weekday daytime PT / 1-2-1 / Small private group sessions are available by booking in advance ONLY

8am Circuit Class
Important, please bring trainers with you (clean indoor ones not ones you’ve just done a 5k muddy dog walk with 😡🤣) and your boxing gloves.

12:30 K1 Class
Sadly as bank holiday and a lot away there is no class tomorrow lunchtime.

This will be a 3 round no head contact bout and will be great experience for Max on his journey as we always struggle to try and match him.

Saturday 8am Circuits.

We have an old school style circuit for tomorrow’s session. It will be a fun but brutal one.

No K1 class tomorrow as a lot away and a quiet day so we have booked in some pt sessions for this week.
