🌈 20 Years of Childminding! 🌈

Tomorrow I am celebrating 20 years as a childminder! ❤️

I honestly can’t believe how quickly those years have gone. Over the last two decades I’ve had the privilege of caring for so many amazing children, watching them grow from babies into confident young people, and supporting countless families along the way.

There have been early mornings, long days, laughter, tears, milestones, first steps, first words, messy play, cuddles, first and last days at schools, holiday’s with children and there families, these are memories that I will treasure forever.

I would like to say a huge thank you to all the families past and present who have trusted me with their precious children over the years. It has been an honour to be part of your lives and your children’s journeys.

I’m incredibly proud of what I’ve built and grateful that I still love what I do every single day.

I would also like to thank my assistants over the years my mum, Elizabeth, Jordan and Andy for all your help and supporting myself and my business and helping the children thrive and learn 😘

Also a massive massive thank you to my 5 children whom have been brought up in a setting and have had to share me with other children over the last 20 years. Also Ian who’s live 9 years with us all. 😘😘

Here’s to 20 wonderful years of childcare, learning, laughter and making a difference. ❤️

So today was brackens 16th birthday!
She’s had the best weekend!

Way way to warm to stay outside
Most of the children have struggled with the heat today
We have had lots of ice lollies and ice creams. Lots of water play (can’t wait for the new pool tomorrow 🤫)
About 20 bottles of suncream
And seeing how many people can sit in the kitchen on the tiled floor with the ac on 😂 myself and Liz are very much ready for some rain ☔️

These lucky children got me for an extra day!
We have had beautiful weather
Now chilling in the garden with the hot tub and pools.

I also went to school this afternoon to join in with my year 4’s and watch them do there times tables omg amazing work they did 👏

We are starting ours with a trip to the farm with my granddaughter and a few children 🐷🐐🐓
