There’s actually no sorcery behind this… just the power of a sound bath. ✨🤎

It was the most surreal experience inviting Cora from into the S T U D I O for our very first Soft Landing Mummy & Baby Sound Bath.

A sound bath uses calming sounds and vibrations from instruments such as singing bowls and chimes to encourage the body and mind to slow down and relax. 🧘‍♀️✨

Combined with gentle baby yoga and a soothing baby foot massage, it made for the most tranquil session.

In fact, I had to record the sound in the room because I genuinely don’t think anyone would believe me when I said that even after 40 minutes into a baby group, there wasn’t a single baby crying, fussing or having had enough. 😂

Mummies worked on breathwork too, grounding themselves and truly switching off from the outside world for a little while. The power of a calm environment and a calm nervous system really is something else. 🤎

Okay… there were a few bumps along the way. Apparently Wednesdays are when the building work happens around the Business Centre! 😂 But as Cora said, “It’s okay to acknowledge it, experience it and let it go.”

And honestly, that applies to so much in everyday life.

So whilst it might seem a little “woo-woo”… I can genuinely say, you could feel the difference in that room. ✨

Keep your eyes peeled because Mummy & Baby Sound Baths will be coming back to the S T U D I O… and there may also be a Mums’ Night Off version coming too. 👀✨

🌲✨ THE DEEP DARK WOODS ✨🌲

We all had the most fabulous time exploring The Deep Dark Woods! 🌿🍄

We wandered through the sensory forest, baked our very own Gruffalo Crumble, visited the Tree Top House for tea and then snuggled in for a very special story time… where the Gruffalo himself even came out to sing his song! 🐻🎶

This was the first sensory-themed special of its kind at the studio, and it’s safe to say you all LOVED it! 🤎

So now I have to ask… should I keep a sensory-themed special session popping up on the timetable every now and again? 👀

That’s a wrap on 3 completely SOLD OUT sessions! 🌳🐻🍂

I had the BEST time bringing my Deep Dark Woods Gruffalo-inspired messy play sessions to life… and it’s safe to say, you all LOVED them too! 🤎

It was so lovely to welcome some new faces into the studio, watch my regular babies enjoy a completely new type of play, welcome back some familiar not-so-little-anymore-and-now-walking toddlers, and even welcome some lovely Daddies along to the Sunday session! 🤎 It was so special to see them getting involved and enjoying a session like this too — something that lots of Dads can often miss out on.

The last two days (and the weeks of preparation behind the scenes!) have well and truly wiped me out 😂 But honestly, I couldn’t be more thankful.

Because you are the reason I’m able to create and run these sessions. Every booking means the world to me. Every person who books one session or comes back for another. Every person who tells a friend or family member about L.E.T’s. Every person whose little ones have grown up and moved on but still likes my posts, follows my journey and continues to support my little business.

Thank you. Truly. 🤎

For now, I’m having a very well-deserved soak in the bath 🛁😂 but over the next few days I’ll be sharing LOTS of photos from these magical sessions, so keep your eyes peeled! 🌳🍂🐻✨
