We know you've been waiting for this... 🥁✨
Prom 2026 was an unforgettable evening for our outstanding year 11 students.
The QEA hall provided the perfect setting for a fantastic celebration as students marked the end of their journey at QEA in style. It was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate everything they have achieved and the hard work they have shown throughout their time with us.
We wish all of our year 11 students every success in their next steps and can't wait to see them on results day.

On Wednesday evening, we had the privilege of coming together to celebrate the remarkable achievements of our students at our annual awards evening.
It was a wonderful occasion, filled with well-deserved recognition as we celebrated the hard work, dedication and successes of so many talented young people. We are immensely proud of every student whose achievements were recognised - your commitment and determination continue to inspire us, and we are delighted to celebrate your accomplishments.
Thank you to our families, staff, and guests who joined us. It was a fantastic opportunity to reflect on all that has been achieved this year and to celebrate these successes together. We look forward to seeing what our students accomplish next. 🌟🏆

This week, some of our year 8 students enjoyed a fantastic visit to Nottingham Trent University where they gained a real insight into university life.
Students met current undergraduates, learned about student finance, toured the campus, and explored facilities including lecture theatres, the library, and even NTU’s mock law courts and prison.
They also worked together to reflect on the skills they had developed and create academic-style posters about their learning.
A brilliant opportunity to raise aspirations, challenge misconceptions, and encourage students to think about their future options.

✨ A night to remember! ✨
Our year 11 students celebrated the end of an important chapter at their prom last Friday evening, enjoying a fantastic night in our beautifully decorated hall.
Arriving in style, students enjoyed delicious pizza, dancing, and spending time with friends as they marked the end of their secondary school journey together. The evening was made even more special with the crowning of our Prom King and Queen, adding to the excitement and celebration.
It was wonderful to see so many smiling faces and create lasting memories with friends and staff. We wish all our year 11 students the very best for the future and thank everyone who helped make the evening such a success. 🎉👑💃🕺

Today, our year 7 students took part in a special Prayer Day in the Elizabethan Hall, exploring interactive prayer stations based on The Lord’s Prayer 🙏
It’s been a valuable opportunity for reflection, creativity and personal growth as students engage with the theme throughout the day.
We hope the students had a meaningful and enriching experience.
