Key Responsibilities:
✅Direct line management and coaching of Warehouse Operatives and Trainee Supervisors
✅Conducting regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and setting SMART objectives
✅Supporting the Section Manager in delivering shift plans and improving performance
✅Driving operational KPIs to meet customer demand on time and in full
✅Supporting picking and packing activities when required
✅Promoting and maintaining high health & safety standards
✅Reviewing weekly labour plans and identifying risks or improvements
✅Supporting performance improvement plans where targets are not met
✅Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders
✅Supporting culture change and reducing staff turnover
