🎓 Today we say goodbye to our amazing Year 6 children as they leave Langwith Bassett and begin an exciting new chapter at secondary school this September. 💙

💐 Today we say goodbye to Miss A as she leaves Langwith Bassett. 💐

Miss A has been a fantastic addition to our school community and has worked incredibly hard teaching in EYFS. Her kindness, enthusiasm and dedication have made a real difference to the children and staff alike.

We will all miss her very much, but we are so excited for her as she begins her new adventure teaching Reception children at a different school.

💦🎉 Our Year 6 children had a fantastic time during this afternoon's water fight! 🎉💦

There was plenty of laughter, lots of splashing and smiles all round as they enjoyed one of their final afternoons together at Langwith Bassett.

Tomorrow marks their very last day with us, and while we're excited to celebrate all they have achieved, we'll also be sad to say goodbye. We know each and every one of them has a bright future ahead and we wish them all the very best as they begin their next adventure.

🌞🧸 What a lovely afternoon we had at our Teddy Bears' Picnic! 🧸🍦

The children had a wonderful time enjoying a delicious ice cream with sprinkles and sauce alongside their favourite teddy bears. There were lots of smiles, laughter and special memories made together as we celebrated our penultimate day of a fantastic school year.

📬 We were delighted to receive this wonderful letter from Natalie Fleet MP following her recent visit to Langwith Bassett Primary Academy.

It was a pleasure to welcome Natalie to our school, where she met our amazing children, toured our school and spoke during a whole-school assembly.

We are incredibly proud to hear such positive feedback about our pupils' outstanding behaviour, enthusiasm for learning and the thoughtful discussions they had with our School Council. It is fantastic to see their confidence, curiosity and passion recognised.
