The theme this year is loneliness and how we can all help to tackle loneliness together.

One in four adults feel lonely some or all of the time.

There’s no single cause and there’s no one solution. After all, we’re all different! But, the longer we feel lonely, the more we are at risk of mental health problems.

This course will teach you the basics of Microsoft Office and will see you gaining a recognised qualification at the end of the 5 days.

Tom, a GMB Union member was referred to the GMB Reachout team by his Rep after receiving support at work.

Tom was encouraged to get in touch with us to explore what and options were available to him. While Tom is able to work, he faces more challenges than most of us do day to day.

Tom lives with a brain injury and epilepsy which affects his level of independence.
