WMB Childcare Ltd Our aim is to wisely build solid early years foundation for your child. We build better than Bob the Builder.

Wise Masterbuilders Childcare Ltd is a new phenomenal in childcare business. It was borne out of a passion to see that every child every child has a good foundation early in life. WMB prides itself as a highly reputable business with both technical and business expertise and experience that average over 20 years in the childcare sector. Our management team comprises of childcare practitioner, qualified teacher and nursery practitioner who have both been in the private and local government business for quite some time. We have develop proven system that will ensure that all aspect of your child development – physical, emotional, social, moral and spiritual will be enhanced before they move on to school. We guarantee that every child in our care will receive the best of care and a significant progress and result will be shown in a short space of time. Our mission is very simple - 'to lay a solid early years foundation for your children and promote their uniqueness through the provision of an enabling, nurturing and stimulating environment which enhances their sense of appreciation of moral and social values thereby making them leaders of tomorrow'.

Yesterday, we gathered for the very first WMB Staff Conference, themed: S.U.P.P.L.Y

While staff training at the start of a new academic year is something we do every year, this conference was different. It gave us the opportunity to pause, reflect and understand what it truly means to S.U.P.P.L.Y, not only from a place of responsibility, but from a place of empathy.

Our CEO, Andrew Omole, challenged us to look beyond what we do and consider how we show up for one another, our children and the families we serve.

As we step into a new school year, our commitment is clear: I MATTER, YOU MATTER, WE MATTER. WHAT YOU BRING MATTER!
