🏫 Every School Day Counts! ❤️

As we head into the colder months, we wanted to share a reminder about when children should attend school and when they need to stay at home.

🤧 A mild cough, cold or sore throat? If your child is otherwise well and able to take part in the school day, please send them in.

🏠 Please keep your child at home if:
🌡️ They have a temperature of 38°C or above
🤢 They have vomiting or diarrhoea — children should return 48 hours after the last episode
❤️ They are too unwell to comfortably take part in the school day

Our staff are trained in Paediatric First Aid and, if your child becomes unwell while at school, we will care for them and contact you to arrange collection.

Thank you for your continued support in helping us keep our children healthy, happy and learning every day. 📚✨

We’re still waiting on a few final touches, but what a transformation! 🥰

The children absolutely loved exploring their new and improved learning environment today, and we can’t wait to see all the learning, playing and wonderful memories that will happen here. 💛

A huge thank you to everyone who has helped bring our vision to life — we’re so excited for the finished space! 🏫✨

⚽️ A fantastic day at Nuthurst Park! 💙

Yesterday, some of our Year 6 pupils were lucky enough to attend the opening of the new football pitch at Nuthurst Park, which has been designed by two of our former pupils! What an incredible achievement! 👏🏼

The children had a fantastic session with City in the Community, getting involved in lots of football activities and having the opportunity to celebrate the brand-new pitch.

To make the day even more special, every child received their very own football shirt and two tickets to tomorrow’s match! ⚽️🎟️

A brilliant experience for our children and a wonderful way to celebrate sport, community and the next generation of footballers! 💙

🏛️✨ Year 6 | Art & Architecture

Year 6 have been exploring the work of renowned architect Zaha Hadid and discovering how architecture can be inspired by movement, shapes and flowing lines.

This week, the children experimented with drawing different architectural lines and shapes, thinking carefully about how lines can suggest movement and create a sense of flow within a design.

We can’t wait to see how these ideas develop into their own architectural creations! 🎨🏗️✨
