Hi everyone! 👋 I’m a qualified dental nurse with over 8 years’ experience as a theatre nurse in a private dental teaching hospital. For the past 6 years, I’ve been teaching venipuncture and cannulation to dental nurses, dentists, HCAs, aesthetic nurses and more.

✨ I’m proud to hold Silver Halo status with Vein Train UK and have gone on to develop and accredit my own training course, which is now CPD certified and recognized by the National Phlebotomy Register. Upon completion, you can apply for registration—recognised across both NHS and private sectors.

Course Overview (1 Full Day):
🧠 Morning Session (Theory):
• Anatomy & Physiology of the Venous System
• Consent, Health & Safety, Complications
• Needle Handling, Sharps Disposal
• Patient Monitoring, Tourniquet Application & Aftercare

✋ Afternoon Session (Practical):
• Hands-on training using dummy arms
• Troubleshooting and perfecting technique
• Optional live supervised practice on each other (if comfortable)

✅ Each delegate receives a competency log to complete back in their workplace—10 supervised venepunctures required, no strict time limit. Most employers will have their own log too. I’m always available via WhatsApp for ongoing support after the course.
