Many congratulations to students Veron, Lucy, Dorcas, and Martin on winning the GRAILS 2026 competition in Denmark! π
GRAILS (Global Responsible AI League for Students) is an annual international competition that challenges students to develop AI solutions focused on ethical, responsible, and sustainable impact. The team developed SkinSight, a responsible AI project designed to improve access to skin health support through ethical and accessible technology.
Being crowned the Grand Winners is an incredible achievement and we couldnβt be prouder of the teamβs innovation and hard work.
A special thank you to Chiranjeewa Atapattu (Senior Lecturer and Faculty COIL Lead) for coaching and supporting the team, and to Andy Su (Systems, Data and AI Lead, Everbright Group Hotels) for his industry insight and mentorship throughout the journey. π

Our legal clinics are an opportunity for our law students to gain real experience, and to provide our local community with support that can make a big difference to their business.
At this legal clinic, our students will be working under the guidance of Addleshaw Goddard LLP commercial lawyers. Theyβre providing the support pro-bono (for free).
