☀️ Easy Like a Friday Morning ☕

Today was all about keeping things relaxed and enjoyable - a perfect reminder that not every run needs to be fast to feel good.

We took a gentle out-and-back route along the canal from Kickback Coffee, with everyone running at their own pace and soaking up the fresh air and calm start to the day. 🌿🏃‍♀️

And of course, we rounded it off the best way we know how - with coffee, chats, and plenty of smiles back at Kickback Coffee

From pumpkins to park paths, it was the perfect mix of fun, friendship, and frightful fitness - and of course, the post-run coffee at Hive Stores was the real treat. ☕🍪

Thanks to everyone who joined the fun — the costumes, the laughter, and the spirit (pun intended!) made it a run to remember! 💀🧡
