It’s taken me while to write this post because it’s emotional. 🥹
Freya Gow joined my school 8yrs ago and I can honestly say I have watched this young lady grow as a performer and as a person.
In February Freya took her LAMDA gold medal in musical theatre and as the examiner left at the end of the day she said to me “that last young lady, wow, I will be looking out for her!”.

Freya you are such a talented performer who always sings and acts truly from your heart. It has been my privilege to be your teacher and I’m so excited to watch your future unfold.

I’m thrilled to let everyone know that Freya has been offered two places at drama school, Italia Conti and Emil Dale academy.

You will always have a very special place in my heart Freya. 💖

Here is Freya performing one of her gold medal exam songs (I’ll post the second soon).

I have worked every Mother’s Day for the past 20yrs and today two of my gorgeous senior students arrived with flowers and chocolates and said “Happy Mother’s Day Helen”.
Thank you so much Grace and Tabitha for your thoughtful gifts and for making today so special for me. 💖💖

To all my lovely LAMDA exam students who took their musical theatre and acting exams yesterday.
I just wanted to tell you all how proud I was of you yesterday. You all looked so smart, presented yourselves professionally and performed with passion. Thank you for all your hard work and determination. I am one very proud teacher with a heart full of love for you all. X 🎭 🎶 💖
A special mention must go to Freya Gow, who after many years studying with me took her Gold Medal in musical theatre. The examiner even said to me as she left the building “this girl will go far, I will look out for her in the future”.
I have been saying this for a while now. Your natural talent, both vocally and as an actress really are very special. It has been a privilege to be your teacher and thank you sweetheart for letting me be part of your journey. I look forward to watching your future unfold with utter pride. In your beautiful card you wrote that my school is like your second home, and it always will be Freya. 💖
