Today, we are celebrating the incredible achievements of our Year 11 pupils as they receive their GCSE results.

We are immensely proud of everything they have accomplished—not only the grades they have achieved, but the resilience, determination and character they have shown throughout their journey at St Peter’s.

As they move on to sixth form, college, apprenticeships and new opportunities, we pray that they continue to grow in faith, hope and confidence, using their God-given gifts and talents to make a positive difference in the world.

🎬 Lives Not Knives | Now Live on YouTube

We're proud to share Lives Not Knives – a powerful film created by students at St Peter's RC High School to raise awareness of the devastating impact of knife crime.

Working alongside professional filmmakers, our students interviewed victims, families and people with lived experience to create a film that is honest, thought-provoking and full of hope. Created by young people, for young people, it encourages positive choices, challenges attitudes towards violence and reminds us that every life matters.

Following an outstanding response at its Manchester premiere, we hope this film will help educate and inspire young people across Manchester and beyond.

What a fantastic way to end the academic year! 🌟

Our final week was packed with unforgettable experiences as students enjoyed Curriculum Engagement Day, Activities Day, Values Day, KS3 Sports Day and our House Assemblies.

From creative learning and exciting challenges to teamwork, sport and celebrating success, every day reflected the very best of St Peter’s. It was wonderful to see our students embrace every opportunity with enthusiasm, resilience and pride.

A huge congratulations to Mandela House, our 2025/26 House Champions! 🏆

Thank you to our dedicated staff, supportive families and, most importantly, our incredible students for making this another memorable year. We wish everyone in our St Peter’s family a safe, happy and restful summer. We look forward to welcoming you back in September for another year of learning, growth and success.
