Peer Support are running free Basic Life Support sessions throughout the semester, where you can learn adult CPR, the recovery position and how to treat someone who is choking.
Effective CPR has been shown to more than double the chance of someone surviving a cardiac arrest, so these are really important skills that could potentially save a life!
