Lots of phonics last night.

CVC reading, writing and pencil control last weekend. This little superstar even got start of the week last week at school for his improvements in writing! Super proud ❤️

Saturday morning segmenting and blending and early writing patterns 🥰

Lots of maths in tonight’s session. Recapping number bonds to 10 to then work out bonds to 20. Finished off with some tricky word spelling practice and a quick read of his school reading book 😊

Saturday morning fun. Name writing practice, satpin work with initial sounds, letter formation practice, ordering numbers for one more and a little bit of part part whole work with the number 5. It’s amazing what you can cover in just an hour!
