​Are you fun, energetic, and full of creativity? Do you have a passion for arts, crafts, music, or sports that you’d love to share? We are looking for two enthusiastic Play Workers to join our small, friendly teams and bring some extra magic to our wrap-around care! 🎨⚽🎲

​⏰ The Important Bit: Hours & Roles
This is a Breakfast and After-School Care job only—perfect for fitting around university schedules, family life, or other part-time commitments!
​Morning Shift: 08:00 – 08:45
​Afternoon Shift: 15:15 – 17:00
​We are hiring for 2 positions.

​📍 Where You Could Be Working:
​We have positions available at our fantastic:

​St Mary’s Treehouse – Eccles
​
​🎉 What a Typical Day Looks Like:
​As a Play Worker, you’ll help look after children aged 3 to 11, making sure they start and end their school day with a smile. You will:
​Plan and run awesome activities (think games, messy play, and crafts!).
​Supervise and play alongside the children, encouraging good behaviour and teamwork.
​Help prep and serve delicious, healthy snack.
​Keep our play areas safe, organised, and packed with fun.
​Chat with parents to let them know how their children are getting on.

​🌟 What We Need From You:
​A genuine love for working with children and the ability to connect with different age groups.
​Patience, big energy, and a creative spark.
​Great communication skills.
​Previous experience in a similar childcare role is preferred, but a great attitude is essential!

We are beyond excited to announce that Louise and Vicki are teaming up to open Eccles Private Day Nursery this September 2026! 🎉
​We are combining our passion and years of experience to create an incredible new setting for early years learning and care, and we can't wait to take you along on this new journey with us.

It's that time of year again! Primary school place offers have been sent out today. We know this can be an exciting, and sometimes anxious, time for parents and children.
​We're all crossing our fingers that your child gets their first choice school!
​Let us know which school they've been allocated, and we'll start work straight away to make the transition as smooth as possible. We're here to help every step of the way.

🌸Spring is here!🖌️
We found a cherry blossom tree outside of our garden and used it as a reference for our new seasons display tree. We had loads of fun getting our hands messy to add our own pink cherry blossoms to our tree!

Blast off! 🚀 🌑
We had so much fun watching videos of the Artemis II rocket blasting off into space! We watched the astronauts floating around in their spaceship and then watched them land into the ocean!

Celebrating Culture & Community! 🌿🌙
​Today was a very special day at the nursery as our children explored the beautiful traditions of Nowruz and Eid.
​We were so lucky to have Nila’s mummy set up a stunning traditional Haft-Sin table for Nowruz (the Persian New Year). The children loved learning about the symbolic items—representing everything from rebirth to patience—and even got to taste some of the delicious treats! 🍎
​We’ve also been getting ready for Eid al-Fitr. It was wonderful to listen to our children share their own family traditions, from wearing new clothes to enjoying special meals with loved ones.
​Days like today remind us how lucky we are to have such a diverse and kind nursery family. A huge thank you to our parents for helping us bring these celebrations to life!

​We are thrilled to announce that St Mary’s Treehouse Easter Holiday Club is back! From fun-filled games and creative crafts to outdoor activities, we have a packed schedule designed for children aged 3 to 11.
​Here is everything you need to know:
​📅 When: 7th – 10th April
⏰ Full Day: 8 AM – 5 PM (Daily)
🍱 Lunch: Provided for all children!
📍 HAF Sessions: We are also running Salford HAF sessions from 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM.
​Spaces fill up fast, so don’t wait to secure your child’s spot for a week of Easter magic! 🐰🎨
