It’s our last game of 2022 tomorrow and the 1s are playing HOME!! 1 pm pitch A, you know the drill

First off, our 2s are going to be at home today playing Bangor 1s, 3PM ON PITCH A!!
Then our 1s are on their way up to Newcastle to play the 1s at 4pm

ANOTHER home day!! Back to back again with both teams playing in the Northern Cup Tournament
Our 2s are playing at 1pm against Newcastle 3s and then our 1s will be playing at 3:30 against Durham 3s

A few weeks ago was stonewall day, celebrating and commemorating the instigators of the stonewall riots. We were luckily gifted these laces and the 2nds showed their support (in their own ways) wearing these amazing laces to show our support.”🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍🌈.
We are so proud of how our club has changed for the better in the last few years, with our teammates becoming increasingly open about their sexuality and identity in a sport that is quite traditional and exclusive. Despite progress in sports and beyond, LGBTQI+ groups are still fighting for total equality, which is why raising awareness is so important

Only game today is put 1s away at Nottingham playing their 2s!! Go on gals!!!!

Both teams away tomorrow!! 1s will play Birmingham 2s at 2pm and the 2s will play Keele 1s at 1pm, Best of luck to everyone playing 💜💛

Due to the insanely high levels of interest in our club (thank you all!!) we’re having to make some adjustments to make sure everyone has a chance to play at a challenging level.
To help accommodate those that trialed for the 1s/2s as well as elevate the skills of everyone that just started playing, our beginners group will now be our developmental group. What does this mean?
We will be implementing a more hands on approach and running training with a bit more intensity and purpose. This will still be appropriate for people just starting but slightly more challenging.
Additionally, we will be charging SUBS for people that want to join this development group, it will be £50 (in comparison to the £200 paid by the 1s/2s), covering things like travel, coaching, and other things that might come with being a more concrete team. The not fun part of this is that if you haven’t paid the SUBS by October 28th we can’t allow you to train (See the facebook on how to Pay) Apologies for any inconveniences and please message if you have any questions!!
