Intuition Centres

Intuition Centres Tuition for Maths, English and Science from KS2 to KS5 (Primary to A Level) with centres in Burnage, Cheadle Hulme, Heald Green and Whalley Range.

Intuition was developed in 2012 to offer affordable, additional educational support to children and young adults, residing in South Manchester and surrounding areas. Our tuition classes are available to children and young adults aged 8 – 18 years on preparation for examinations at all key stages. In partnership with parents/carers and schools, we aim to identify and remove barriers to learning by

raising student’s self esteem and improving attainment in order for students to become confident learners. We also support those who are already exceeding targets by progressing towards outstanding performance. We invite parents/carers and students to discuss their educational needs and indicate areas of concern at point of registration. This gives us an understanding of individual needs in order to provide an efficient service. The Intuition Centre offers support with homework and coursework, based on a ratio of one to small group tuition. Our unrelenting focus is to ensure that the quality of teaching and learning in all lessons are of the highest standards, and all students, no matter what their skills and abilities, are presented with the right opportunities to allow them to achieve. Our committed and skilled staff works tirelessly to achieve that goal.

A few spaces available for September!

Our classes start next week at our Cheadle Hulme centre, and we still have a few spaces available in some of our classes.

We offer small-group tuition in:

🔢 Maths
📖 English
🔬 Science

For students from Year 4 through to A Level, with qualified and experienced teachers supporting students throughout the year.

When your child attends their first class, they’ll complete a short assessment so we can make sure the class is the right level and fit for them. Afterwards, we’ll provide feedback and you can then decide whether you’d like them to continue, there’s no pressure to commit beforehand.

It’s been fantastic welcoming some of our Year 11 students back today to share their results and celebrate with us. We’re so proud of the amazing grades coming through and, most importantly, all the hard work behind them.

A huge congratulations to all our students!

We know how much hard work, commitment and determination has gone into getting to this point, and we’re incredibly proud of you all.

September registration is now open at Intuition Centres.

We teach English, Maths and Science from Primary right through to A-Level, face to face, with lessons delivered by qualified and experienced teachers.

Our September spaces usually fill quite quickly, so if you’re thinking about tuition for the new school year, it’s worth getting in touch sooner rather than later.

Whether your child needs a bit more confidence, help catching up, or extra support with GCSEs or A-Levels, we’re happy to have a chat and see what would suit them best.

With so many online and one-to-one tuition options available, families have plenty of choice. At Intuition Centres, we take a different approach: structured, face-to-face lessons in small groups of students with similar abilities, led by qualified and experienced teachers.

For over 10 years, we have supported children across Manchester through our four established centres, providing tuition in Maths, English and Science.

We are Ofsted registered, and eligible families may receive up to 70% off tuition fees.
