From 6th to 10th July, 31 Year 10 students and 5 members of staff enjoyed an unforgettable educational trip to Barcelona. Throughout the week, students immersed themselves in the city's rich culture, history, and architecture while creating lasting memories together.
Highlights of the trip included a visit to the breathtaking La Sagrada Família, where students explored Antoni Gaudí's world-famous masterpiece. They also visited Park Güell, using its vibrant mosaics and stunning views as inspiration for photography activities, before learning more about Gaudí's life and work at the interactive Gaudí Experience.
The group also had time to soak up the atmosphere of Las Ramblas, enjoying the bustling shopping area, and rounded off the trip with a relaxing visit to Barcelona's beach, making the most of the city's beautiful Mediterranean coastline.
The trip was a fantastic success, providing students with valuable cultural experiences, opportunities to develop their photography skills, and memories that will last a lifetime.
