Every child should feel known, valued and supported at school.

Our pastoral and SEND teams work closely with pupils and families to make sure girls feel safe, happy and ready to learn. If support is needed, our staff are approachable, responsive and ready to help.

One parent told us: “The pastoral and SEND support has been exceptional. Staff are approachable, responsive and genuinely care about students’ wellbeing.”

Meet the teams who support our pupils at our Open Evening on Thursday 1st October from 6–8pm.

Why do so many families choose an all-girls school?

Girls’ schools are places full of possibility. Girls are encouraged to speak up, take the lead and follow their interests without feeling limited by stereotypes.

Research suggests that girls educated in single-sex schools are more likely to contribute to classroom discussions, take on leadership roles and choose subjects traditionally affected by gender stereotypes.

At Fairfield, every subject, every opportunity and every leadership role is for girls. There are no limits on what they can aim for.

Come and find out more at our Open Evening on Thursday 1st October from 6–8pm.
