Helping children navigate life and personal development through singing, recording and performance. Bringing PHSE, RE & MUSIC together. www.popuk.org
All projects adapted to meet covid guidelines & individual school preferences. Involving...
We involve the whole school in learning a set of vibrant, catchy, current-sounding pop songs. The lyrics to each song provide vitally important learning for children's emotional wellbeing, exploring key life-affirming values and encouraging children to live their passions and discover their purpose.

Transforming...
We transform primary school singing. Whether you choose our one-day, three-day or five-day projects, the school comes alive with singing! The entire school (KS1 & KS2) works towards performing a high profile community pop concert and recording a professional pop album.
---------------
Strengthening...
We help a school deepen and strengthen its relationship with parents and the wider community. Every project engages with parents. Our 1 day projects invite parents to an end of school assembly. Our three-day and five-day projects invite them to an exciting pop concert held in the evening or afternoon.
---------------
Broadening...
We broaden a child’s thinking about important life issues. Every song has lyrics that will open a child’s mind to life-related topics - identity, justice, self image, wealth, poverty, social interaction, spiritual reflection. Our internet safety day 'Will You Like Me?’ explores the positives and negatives of social media. Our ‘Easter in a Day’ and ‘Christmas in a Day’ projects explore the importance of religious festivals.
---------------
Demonstrating...
We help a school demonstrate the talents of every child and we help each child to strengthen their self-confidence and self-achievement.
---------------
Enhancing...
We create a truly memorable community event. We enhance the teaching of Music, SMSC, PSHE, Citizenship & RE and we improve staff morale - during the week we have great fun by bringing the entire staff together to record a secret staff track!
