Would You Benefit from Chair Pilates ... or do you know someone who would?

Are you recovering from a knee or hip replacement, have a problem with balance or just don't like getting down and up from the floor? Or perhaps you know someone who does?

I have been wanting to offer this class for a long time and finally I have the space in my new studio, the chairs have arrived and I'm ready to deliver a class which will drastically change your life if you suffer from any of the above.

Or...

Perhaps its not up your street but you may know someone who will benefit from a Chair Pilates small group class. A friend? Your Mother? Your Nan? And hey they don't necessarily have to be female! Men in the same boat will benefit from Chair Pilates just as much.

Chair classes aren't just for older people. A chair supported class is recommended for a fast and effective rehabilitation from knee and hip replacements, as for other lower limb surgeries. The husband of a friend of mine was sent home after his hip replacement with a sheet full of Pilates type exercises to do.

Why struggle trying to remember how to do the exercises that your physio or physician has recommended? And we all know how hard it is to get motivated to do our exercises at home alone....exercising in a group is much more motivating and fun.

During October I am offering FREE trial Chair Pilates classes. All you - or your friend, family member or colleague - have to do is call me, or message me, or simply send an email.
