September seems to be creeping up pretty quickly.

How are we all feeling?

Are the kids ready to go back?

Are you optimistic for a new school year?

Or are you absolutely bricking it?

I’m kind of in between at the minute because I’ve got no idea how it’s going to go 😂

No hate to the person that commented because I don’t think she actually watched the video but, if anyone else is thinking the same thing, just to make the point…

I don’t care what you think.

I’ve dedicated nearly 1/3 of my life working with and advocating for autistic children.

And I will continue to do just that.

I’m not going to list qualifications and experience because when it comes down to it, if you don’t actually care, and I mean really care, about supporting autistic children, the amount of certificates you have doesn’t matter.

I do this because I love my job.

I do this because I want to improve the outcomes for autistic children.

I do this because I want parents to be equipped with the knowledge to raise their autistic children in a way that they feel empowered and know that what they are doing, isn’t going to have any negative impact.

I spend hours reading research articles, completing even more qualifications and speaking to autistic adults to learn and get practical advice.

To be honest, I fu***ng do a lot behind the scenes which is why I’m quiet on here sometimes but one thing you can’t ever question, is how much I care.

So, yes, you can think I know nothing and that’s fine.
