Baby Salsa was one of the original Salsa Classes on the Manchester scene many, many years ago, and has maintained that fun, friendly and relaxed vibe essential for keeping people in the clubs and into Salsa. Salsacise- every Monday from 7-8pm
It's time to don the gym clothes and start getting in shape with a special salsa vibe- awesome for your core, stomach muscles, obliques and of course your thighs and glutes (that's legs, bums and tums with a difference then!)

I am sorry to say that Salsacise will be drawing to a close due to unavoidable commitments- whilst I'll be sorry to stop, I just want to say a massive thankyou to all the dancers who made the classes intense, fun and a little bit stylish

Still a bit achey from the Salsacise class? I recommend the balletstyle stretch from the end of cooldown and those legstretches, you'll feel so much better!
