EXTERNAL VACANCY NOTICE

Post: Room Leaders – Baby Room / Toddler Room / Preschool Room (3 Posts)

Start Date: September 2026

Setting: New Amigos Day Nursery

Contract Type: Permanent / Full‑time

📌 Purpose of Role

To lead, organise and manage the day‑to‑day running of the room; ensure high standards of care, learning & development in line with EYFS; supervise and support staff; work closely with management and families.

✅ Key Requirements

• Relevant childcare qualification (Level 2 or above required; Level 5 desirable)

• Experience working within the relevant age group

• Knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, health & safety and welfare requirements

• Strong communication, planning and team‑leadership skills

• ✅ MANDATORY: Successful candidates will be required to undertake our structured Leadership Training programme as an essential part of this post
