Wythenshawe Black Belt Academy at Wythenshawe Civic Centre on Thursday evenings, 8pm-9pm.
Did the first session last Thursday and absolutely loved it.
It's a great set up at the academy, with other martial arts available too.

Today is Nai Khanom Tom day.
He’s reputed to have defeated 10 Burmese boxers, one after the other to earn his freedom after being taken prisoner by the Burmese. He’s considered to be the father of Muay Thai.
