What a fabulous turnout for our annual summer fair!

Thank you to everyone who supported us, by donating cakes and toys, buying raffle tickets, volunteering and, showing up despite slightly challenging weather conditions.

More updates later this week around how much we raised and how we'll invest it....watch this space and thanks again.

Don't forget, it's the Big Playground Help Out today from 1pm - 4pm to spruce up our lovely outdoor spaces!

If you're planning to come, please bring a trowel/spade/rake/paintbrush and meet us in the school playground. Use the car park entrance on Longford Rd.

All are welcome.

Don't forget that today's our free family cycling event - head down and enjoy the sunshine while it lasts!

Join us for a free family cycling event!

The stadium track will be open to Oswald Road Primary School families on Sunday 19 May from 3-4pm.

Bring your own bike or scooter or use the unusual selection of bikes and trikes available at the stadium.

No pre-booking required this is a free event.

We'll welcome any cash/card donations on the day to support Oswald Road PTA fundraising.

We'll also have a tuck shop selling cold drinks and snacks during the event.

Thanks to our skaters, spectators and volunteers for bringing great vibes to Sunday's rollerdisco! We had lots of fun and hope you did too!

What a fantastic afternoon!

Thank you to all of you who came out to join us for our Winter Fair 2023.

Your presence and support made it a very special day indeed and we hope you enjoyed it as much as we did.

What's more, through your generosity, we raised over £2000 in profit on the day, which will go directly into improving the school’s outdoor spaces.

Black Friday is nearly here, and if you’re planning to do a bit of shopping, why not use the www.easyfundraising.org.uk app and help to support the school’s fundraising efforts?

Launched in 2005, easyfundraising counts on 2 million supporters and has raised over £42 million for thousands of causes across the UK. It works with over 7000 brands, who will donate part of what you spend to a cause of your choice. It won't cost you any extra. The cost is covered by the brand.

It’s really easy to use, doesn’t affect your shopping experience at all, and has so far raised almost £4000 for the Oswald Road PTA, which has gone directly back into ongoing improvements to the school’s facilities.

All you need to do is register, choose your cause (in this case it’s FORS - Friends of Oswald Road School), download the app, and start shopping.
