Surah Ad-Dhuha

1. This Surah was revealed when the Prophet (peace be upon him) was saddened for not receiving a revelation for a long period of time
2. In the Surah Allah turns our attention to the Akhira and a positive view of the future, to ease our hearts of our current worries.
3. Allah then turns our attention to the past and all the different trials He helped us overcome as a reassurance that He will help us again.
4. Allah teaches us that happiness can be found in helping the less fortunate, treating people well and counting the blessings which we have been given.
