Yesterday while exploring the garden the Nursery class and Tweenies found a newt! 🦎
We spent the day learning all about newts, the children made a small habitat for Norman the newt! We explored what he eats 🐜 and was were able to draw pictures of the newt. 🤗

Don't forget On Monday 31st we are having a fancy dress Halloween party.

How to make biscuits, instructions from the Tweenies and Nursery Class. 🧑‍🍳

1• We need a house
2• Get a bowl
3• Tip flour in our bowls
4• Put the sugar into our bowls
5• Mix it, mix it, mix it
6• Scoop the butter in the bowl
7• Mix it all up
8• Roll it all up into a ball
9• Roll it with a roller-can
10• Put the house in
11• On the tray
12• Put it in the oven
13• Eat them!

This week the Tweenies and Nursery Class have been exploring “all about me”. Take a look at some of our poems we have created!

Today we picked our baby carrots from our garden and used them in our home corner to make a “carrot soup”🥕

🦋After a long week of waiting our butterflies finally split their chrysalis. Today we have been learning how to safely care for our butterflies.🦋

As it’s supposed to be very sunny tomorrow, please can everybody make sure their child has suncream and a sun hat with their name in ☺️
