Looking at beet today, really getting going now after a very dry start. Big numbers of aphid appearing at the moment, really hoping the big numbers of ladybugs will get on top of them without having to use any insecticide. 🐞🕸️

So much for maize needing to be knee high by the Fourth of July this crop should be well over head high by then, I think this must be one of the best years I can remember for early growth in maize 🌽
