Four years of Ian absolutely devouring the motion game. One half of our animation dream team, all vibes, no misses. Every frame? Art. Every project? A serve.

Our very own full-blown K-pop influencer, dancing like it’s an Olympic sport and somehow also running his own clothing brand?? Be serious. The talent levels are actually offensive at this point.

Here’s to Ian: motion designer, style god, international man of mystery. We’re just living in his storyboard tbh.

ERIN = 5 YEARS OF PURE ICON ENERGY 💃

Long before most of us rocked up, Erin was already here keeping TapIn on the rails. Four years later and she’s still the friendliest, most wonderful Change Manager you’ll ever meet and the glue that holds this whole circus together.

She gave us SCRUM (praise be 🙌), taught us how to work smarter, and somehow makes the chaos feel… manageable? Honestly wizard behaviour.

Outside the spreadsheets and daily scrums, she’s tearing up the dancefloor like it’s a full-time job and we’re all just trying to keep up tbh.

Biggest love, Erin. The heart, the hype, the history of TapIn. Couldn’t imagine this place without you.

Biggest love queen, couldn’t image the team without ya! ⭐

Before TapIn, we lived other lives. Simple lives.

Some guarded garden centres (from what??).
Some mopped floors in silence.
Two team members couldn’t find any photos in their uniforms, so we… Photoshopped them in. Badly.
One drew their first job in MS Paint because no photographic evidence exists. Which is… fine. Totally normal.
Some people didn’t send anything at all (cowards).

And now here we are. In meetings. Talking about “brand synergy” with a straight face.
Life is weird.

We asked our team “who’s most likely to…” and tbh the results are… insightful.
Some of us are trauma dumping with clients, and others just simply cannot find that pesky unmute button.

Also, suspicious how the same names kept coming up… 👀
