NHS North West Leadership Academy

The NHS North West Leadership Academy is a members led NHS organisation that provides leadership development for leaders working in the North West.

The NHS North West Leadership Academy was established in 2007, which we can’t quite believe! During this time we have acquired over 80 NHS member organisations from the North West and have provided different development interventions to support both clinical and non-clinical leaders which amounts to over 11,400 people so far. To date, over 60% of those tracked have already moved into more senior positions.
