We are writing to formally inform you that the following companies have been found to have used our registered trademark "EOSH" (Trademark No. UK00003937015) without authorization:
1. EOSH Ltd (Company Number: 14716760)

o Ruhul Amin Talukder
2. EOSH (Environmental Occupational Safety & Health) Ltd (Company Number: 16287715)

AOSH UK has successfully won the legal case concerning this matter with the support of the Intellectual Property Office of the United Kingdom. These entities were found guilty of infringing on our intellectual property rights and engaging in activities like issuing certificates for different training that have damaged our reputation.
In light of this, we request your full cooperation and kindly instruct you not to use the EOSH logo, name, or any related certification issued by these companies for any purpose, including student documentation or promotional materials. Any further use may lead to direct legal consequences.
Our legal team is actively pursuing additional legal actions against the above-mentioned companies for the damage caused to AOSH UK's registered trademark and reputation.
Should you have any doubts or require clarification regarding the authorized use of our trademark or logos, please do not hesitate to contact us.
