led AORTA. As and when you are invited to take part in the e-learning, you will learn in detail about a range of the business processes undertaken in our business. We have engaged with a number of people from a variety of functions to talk about what they do, real people talking about real jobs. Each of the 22 modules has been designed to give an insight into the relevant function or job role, to help you understand what, and perhaps more importantly, how we do the things we do in our business. We hope you will both enjoy and learn a greater understanding of how you could make a difference on a cross-functional basis. In addition to the e-learning ste, simplydevelopment has a wide range of learning material to choose from including information on induction, performance management, management development and behavioural tools to name just a few of the areas available.
