What a fantastic Father’s Day Stay & Play session we enjoyed in the garden today at our Monton Nursery🌞

It was wonderful to welcome our dads and grandads to join us for a football-themed afternoon inspired by the World Cup. ⚽️ The children had great fun designing and creating their very own England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 flags, ready to cheer on the team in their first match this evening. 🏴⚽

There was plenty of excitement as children and their special visitors took to the football nets, practising their kicking skills and scoring lots of impressive goals. The garden was filled with laughter, teamwork and plenty of football ⚽️ spirit as they chanted football songs with Shona!

Thank you to all the dads and grandads who joined us and helped make the afternoon so special.

From starting out as a student to becoming a fantastic Room Leader, it’s been amazing to watch Emily's journey and growth over the years. Emily has made a huge contribution to Kidzrus Nursery and the transition to Kidzrus Forest School. Popular with children, staff and parents, her dedication and commitment is outstanding and an extremely valuable team member, we are very grateful and incredibly proud of all your achievements.

Not only has she made a huge difference to so many children and families at nursery, she's also raised two wonderful children of her own along the way!

🍁🍂Kidzrus Nursery, Monton Preschool children visit to The Lowry Theatre🍁🍂 This morning, a group of preschool children enjoyed a wonderful trip to The Lowry! During their visit, the children met a character called Bo and her little pet dog, Jack. Bo told the children all about her magical Bobeam Tree – a special tree that, according to the story, grows through children's imaginations, creativity, and storytelling. The children then embarked on an exciting adventure around The Lowry with Bo and Jack, exploring different paintings and listening to stories inspired by the artwork. Along the way, they discussed a variety of emotions, learned and sang new songs connected to the paintings, and collected magical leaves to take back to the Bobeam Tree to help its magic grow. The children had an amazing time and thoroughly enjoyed this magical and imaginative experience! 👏🏼👭🏾👨🏼‍🤝‍👨🏾👫👨🏼‍🤝‍👨🏾👭🏾
