Students from Manchester Metropolitan University and The University of Manchester have come together with local residents to make a difference to biodiversity across the city 🌱
In partnership with Manchester City Council, the students took part in the Make a Metre Matter campaign by transforming metre plots of land with flowers and plants.
Plots of land were chosen in local areas including Hulme Park and Platts Field Park, with students and community groups planning to visit regularly to monitor the sites.

Last night, we celebrated the creativity, innovation, and hard work of Manchester Fashion Institute students at the Graduate Fashion Show ✨
From the Fashion Communications exhibitions in All Saints Park, to the Fashion Business showcase in the Righton Building, and the catwalk presentations in the Holden Gallery — the evening was a true celebration of emerging talent.
