Rathbone Training is a British youth charity that transforms the lives of young people through learning. We provide programs to improve Maths and English whilst gaining qualifications and valuable work experience. We also offer apprenticeships in a range of employment sectors and run specialist provision for young people aged 14+ who are partially or fully excluded from school.

It's the last day of , so today we're sharing perspectives from both the apprentice and employer. Earlier this week we shared 2 apprentices from Unity Partnership, Zoe and Georgia, who conducted Business Administration apprenticeships with Rathbone Training and progressed to full time roles.

After deciding that college was not for him, Kieran joined our Rathbone Neath centre to learn & gain skills. He is now working towards an NVQ in Retail and has seen a massive improvement in his confidence since working at Savers!
