Proprioception in singing is so important 🎶
(Proprioception = your body’s ability to sense where it is and how it’s moving.)

I’m always asking clients, “How did that feel?” — not because there’s a right answer, but because your sensations tell us so much. They guide me in helping you find more freedom, ease, and the results you’re actually looking for.

Building this awareness helps your body coordinate more efficiently, make adjustments faster, and trust itself more 🧠✨

Describe the sensations however you want — imagery, feelings, weird metaphors… it all counts.

Your body knows. We’re just learning how to listen 💛
