German asparagus season is well underway! Are you team white or team green asparagus? 🤍💚

Time for your Zweites Frühstück? And as it's Spargelzeit, asparagus season, how about a Spargel Rittersport. Whole spears "well peeled and not at all woody".

What is a "Zweites Frühstück"? Literally a second breakfast. A small meal eaten between breakfast and lunch, usually around 10 or 11 a.m., and often pastries, sandwiches, fruit, and or coffee.

Could even be chocolate covered asparagus, but unfortunately Spargel Rittersport isn't for sale.
