Guest speakers and workshops confirmed ๐
Tickets go on sale this week!
I am back this year with hosting another RSE conference, the first face to face one I have hosted since 2019.
Our first was a great success, attended by over 45 RSE educators and youth workers and I am hoping the same interest and passion for the topic is around.
The focus for this years event will be preparing to deliver body and health education and I have some excellent guest speakers covering, know your body (womenโs health, periods, anatomy, smear test, FGM, and HPV), How babies are made, a speech from our lovely friend and Reverend , The balls project; teaching boys about their bodies and testicular cancer and a sexual health nurse will be on hand covering contraceptive choices.
The aim is to improve the knowledge of teachers and youth workers who are often faced with questions around these topics, giving up to date information and also ideas for activities to be used in the classroom and community.
As always with our events we have a great goody bag to take away and excellent venue food and drink in the centre of Manchester.
Tickets go on sale tomorrow. If you are interested please comment and we will send you all the details.
