Last week I travelled to Germany to visit my yoga teachers from India, Hardik & Prutha, who guided me through my 200hr YTT in Nepal back in March 2023 (see last pic), taking me from yoga student to yoga teacher. You’re always a student in yoga, but I’m grateful I picked such wonderful, knowledgeable and wise teachers who gave me a solid foundation to teach from and I’m lucky to share their wisdom in my classes.
It was so special to reconnect and a beautiful reminder of where I began. They asked how many classes I’ve taught since qualifying and I had no idea, so I counted. Turns out this week I’ll be teaching my 500th class. Each year of teaching, a little bit wiser and hopefully my shoulders a little more open (IYKYK).
Feeling proud, forever grateful to be a student, and still figuring it all out.. one asana at a time. Thank you to my teachers 🧡

Thank you…
Another £500+ raised for the MS Society on what would have been my mum’s birthday.
Thank you to all who flowed with me and to those who couldn’t but donated anyway.
It was a special one. Big love 🧡

Hey guess what x
It’s my mum’s birthday next month and she’s not here for me to celebrate with, and hasn’t been for the last 15. So I’m asking you to come and flow in the park with me again to raise a leg (and some money) in her honour on her birthday, all proceeds going to the MS Society.

⏱️10am-11am
📍Fog Lane Park (circle area by tennis courts)
