Florence is the Founder of FLOCONSULT, a niche Change Leadership Coaching company. Florence has over 24 years of experience in Management Consulting independently and has worked for Deloitte, PwC, IBM and Absa Group and nonprofit entities. Florence is a Certified Human Change Management Global Facilitator (HCMBOK® and HCMP®) and has a deep passion for enabling project change success through a people centred approach.

Sheryl Puterman is the co-founder of Nourishment Vitality based in Ra’anana, Israel. She has over 20 years of experience in the wellness industry, giving her deep insights into human vulnerability and behaviour. She has created an authentic, shame-free space that fosters personal growth.

Steve Puterman is the co-founder of Nourishment Vitality alongside his wife, Sheryl. He has over 30 years of experience in negotiation, business analysis, entrepreneurship, strategic planning, and business development, and together they promote online health and wellness education across the globe.

Charles Warria is an enthusiast for sustainable development with over two decades of experience based in Nairobi, Kenya. As a seasoned development practitioner, Charles has extensive experience in multi-sectoral performance measurement, evaluation and learning using a systems thinking approach, among other contemporary methods and tools. He has worked extensively with multi-actor systems and processes across Africa and Asia in the agriculture, water, livestock, and informal sectors on a wide range of interventions aimed at improving productivity and expanding market access through market systems development.
