Today, we were delighted to welcome representatives from Xaverian Sixth Form College to speak with our Year 11 students about their exciting post-16 options.

Students learned about the wide range of courses available, the application process, college life, and how their choices now can help shape future career pathways. The session encouraged students to start thinking about their next steps, set ambitious goals, and remain focused on achieving their best in their GCSEs.
As we move through this important year, we will continue to support our students with careers education, guidance, and information to help them make informed decisions about their futures.

🍰💚 Thank You for Supporting Our Macmillan Cake Sale! 💚🍰

A huge thank you to everyone who donated cakes, bought treats, and made a donation to support the incredible work of Macmillan Cancer Support.

A special well done to our Year 11 students, who took the lead in organising and running the event. Their hard work, enthusiasm and commitment helped make the cake sale a fantastic success.

It was wonderful to see our school community come together to support such an important cause, demonstrating our value of "We Care."

Today, some of our year 7 pupils had the opportunity to say hello to their primary school headteachers, who were delighted to see just how much they have grown and developed since moving on to secondary school.

✨ Celebrating the Feast Day of St. Matthew – 21st September ✨

What a wonderful way to celebrate the Feast Day of our patron saint, St. Matthew! 🙏

Our Year 7 pupils came together throughout the day for Masses, reflecting on St. Matthew’s life and his call to follow Jesus.

Throughout this week, staff are also nominating pupils who have “let their light shine” through their kindness, courage, faith and actions towards others. 💜

As St. Matthew’s Gospel reminds us:
“Let your light shine before others.” 🌟

Well done to all our pupils who continue to let their light shine across our school community!

Pupils have made a fantastic start to the year in Science, developing their working scientifically skills.

They have carried out a wide range of practicals from observing onion cells to testing the properties of metals and non-metals.
