A joined-up journey from Early Years through to Year 6 gives families continuity, strong relationships and confident progression.
We are currently welcoming families exploring September options for their children, from the age of 4 months to 11 years old. We offer personal tours which means you have the opportunity to meet the teachers relevant to you and see our students learning in our supportive and welcoming environment.

Students work hard at Moor Allerton, but it's equally as important that we focus on our emotional and mental health. In Year 3 this week, students have been thinking about the relationships they have with family, friends and others. Today students made streamers decorated with messages of appreciation for the special people in their lives. We thought you'd like to see them!
Calm routines and supportive relationships create classrooms where children can focus, ask questions, and grow in confidence.

Great teaching is personal.
When every child is known, learning becomes calmer, deeper, and more confident.

Sport is about more than results. Via sport, we learn amongst other things teamwork, resilience, and confidence. We value sport at Moor Allerton: we have a specialist sports teacher who works with all year groups, as well as after school clubs including football, multi-sports, fencing and more!

Once again there's been lots of activity in school this week. Year 4 went on a successful two-night residential to the beautiful Edale, younger students have been continuing their swimming lessons, and learning across all year groups has continued at a great pace.
We're also preparing for Didsbury Festival which takes place in a few weeks in our village - its an event that brings the whole community together for a full day of celebrations.
Small class sizes mean our pupils are known, supported, and encouraged — helping confidence grow naturally alongside academic progress.
