Time to rebuild ππ
Spring is the time to rebuild, to reborn...
As winter is the hardest time: cold, difficult in life as in Nature, Spring is the next season. It's time to shake off, it's time to plant new seeds, time to see the plans that we already planted reborn...
So in Nature as in life, after winter ( hard time, failure, difficulties) Spring will come. Winter won't last forever!!
Keep positive and when the time is right... Rebuild and enjoy the wonderful season of blooming and opportunities π

Gratitude!!
In a review of "A white paper prepared for the John Templeton Foundation
by the Greater Good Science Center at UC Berkeley on May 2018.
The Science of Gratitude" , it shows that this simple act can be a powerful tool to change our moods and improve our mental health.
So whatβs the most effective way to be grateful in your day-to-day life?
A simple way is by noting down five things you are grateful for each day. It could be in a journal or on your phone. All that matters is that you take some time to count your blessings.

What I want to be my daily habits!!
Did you know that if you change your habits you can change your life?
Yes!!!
But the hard true is that some of us give up on the things we want before they become a habit.
Sometime we know that that particular thing can can make a huge improvement in our lives and still we stop doing it.
Do you know that to create an habit you need to repeat that thing for 21 days every day?!
That's right 21 days straight. No failing no stopping!!

Stress is a normal reaction the body has when changes occur, resulting in physical, emotional and intellectual responses.
Stress is how our body's response to pressure and each and everyone of us react to it differently.
Many different situations or life events can cause you stress.
It's often triggered when we experience something new, unexpected or that threatens our sense of self, or when we feel we have little control over a situation.
Stress that's left unchecked can contribute to many health problems, such as high blood pressure, heart disease, obesity and diabetes.
Stress management training can help you deal with changes in a healthier way.
When we get stressed our body responds to it by releasing hormones. The hormones will increase our heart and breathing rates and prepare our muscles to respond.
So, when we don't deal with stress the responses won't stop firing.
Keeping the stress levels elevated for longer than it is necessary for survival, can and will eventually become an issue for your health.So, we need to fight it.
We need to do things that helps us get rid of it.
Here is a list of things that can help:
Get more physical activity. ...
Follow a healthy diet. ...
Minimize phone use and screen time. ...
Consider supplements. ...
Practice self-care. ...
Reduce your caffeine intake. ...
Spend time with friends and family. ...
Create boundaries and learn to say no.

Becoming a mum!!
7 years ago I gave birth to my second kid!
Some of you might think: "that is ok! The first one is the scariest!:
For me it was as scariest as the first or more...
I had a 3 years old girl and she was my world...
She often asked me what would happen when the baby was born and I would reply : " Mummy has 2 arms and 2 legs so it will be one for each one of you. Except when the baby is breast feeding!"
She was happy with the answer and we would cuddle π
But inside I was wondering "Is it that easy?"
I did not want to become the kind of mum that only has eyes for the little one... And I loved my princess with all my heart!
How would I deal with all?!
After Damian was born I realized that my heart growed... I now have a bigger heartπ
I am so blessed!!
I am so grateful!!
