🐄🐑 Exploring Farm Animals Through Play! 🐷🐔

Today, our little learners had a fantastic time exploring farm animals on our tuff tray activity! Using a variety of shapes, the children created animal habitats, sorted and matched shapes, and discussed the different animals they might find on a farm.

This hands-on activity encouraged creativity, shape recognition, problem-solving, and language development while sparking lots of conversations about life on the farm. The children loved identifying their favourite animals and using shapes to build barns, fields, and fences!

Today at Adorable Steps Nursery, our little gardeners had a wonderful time planting seeds today! Through this hands-on activity, the children learned about nature, responsibility, and how plants grow from tiny seeds into beautiful flowers and vegetables.

Children learned about road safety, traffic signals, zebra crossings, and the importance of following traffic rules through interactive games, role-play, and creative activities. Another wonderful day in our nursery filled with learning and fun!

Our little explorers enjoyed a “Hungry Caterpillar” activity inspired by the story of a very special little caterpillar who eats his way through the days of the week 🐛📚

The children loved:
🍎 Talking about different fruits
🎨 Creating colourful caterpillars
📖 Listening to the story and joining in with the words
🧠 Learning about counting and healthy eating

It was lovely to see so much curiosity, imagination, and excitement as they followed the caterpillar’s journey from tiny egg to beautiful butterfly 🦋

We can’t wait for another day of stories, creativity, and discovery!
