You said you’d sort it this year… Its May!
You’re still blaming everything else
Work
Life
“Its harder for me because…”
“I’ll start Monday”
The reality is you want to change but you’re waiting for motivation
Motivation isn’t coming, and if it does it only lasts a while until everything gets hard again
I’ve been there, and trust me the pain of still being the same 12 months down the line hurts a lot more than doing the work now and finally fixing it.
Because that’s the bit most people avoid.
Not the gym.
Not the food.
It’s facing the fact they’ve been stuck in the same cycle for years… and nothing changes unless they do

Nutrition Advice and Meal Plans
One bad week doesn’t undo months of progress.
But the way people react to a bad week often does.
You go off track for a few days…
Miss a couple workouts.
Eat out more than usual.
Drink a bit more.
Routine slips.
And instead of resetting quickly…
You convince yourself you’ve “ruined everything.”
So now the week gets written off completely.
Then the next one follows it.
That’s how people stay stuck in the cycle of:
Start hard → fall off → restart → repeat.
A rough week is normal.
Work gets stressful.
Plans change.
Life happens.
The goal was never to be perfect every single week.
The goal is to recover before one bad week becomes your new normal.
You do not need to punish yourself with hours of cardio or some miserable detox.
You just need to get back to the basics:
• Train
• Hit your protein
• Get your steps in
• Repeat
Simple.
That’s what long term progress actually looks like.
You do not need a perfect week to make progress.
You need to stop disappearing every time things go wrong.
That’s what separates the people who stay in shape from the people constantly restarting.
Not motivation.
Not willpower.
Not some magic fat loss secret.
They just recover quicker.
One bad meal?
Back on track next meal.
Missed a workout?
Train tomorrow.
Bad weekend?
Reset properly instead of writing the whole week off.
Most people stay stuck because they turn small mistakes into full blowouts.
They think:
“Well I’ve already ruined it now…”
So one takeaway becomes a weekend binge.
One missed session becomes 3 weeks out of the gym.
That mindset destroys consistency.
The people who get results long term aren’t perfect.
They just don’t stay off track for very long.
That’s why I focus so much on structure with my clients.
Simple training.
Realistic nutrition.
A plan that still works when life gets messy.
Because real progress comes from what you repeat… not from the occasional perfect week.
Every time someone gains weight…
Carbs get blamed first.
Bread.
Pasta.
Rice.
Potatoes.
Meanwhile nobody wants to talk about the actual problem.
Eating too much.
Moving too little.
Drinking every weekend.
Having zero structure Monday to Friday.
That’s what usually drives weight gain.
Not having a sandwich.
The problem with cutting carbs is most people can’t sustain it.
So they spend 2 weeks eating dry chicken and salad…
Then end up face first in a takeaway because the plan was miserable from day one.
Fat loss doesn’t need to be extreme.
You can eat carbs and still lose weight.
You just need:
• A calorie deficit
• Enough protein
• Better habits
• Consistency over time
That’s why I keep things simple with my clients.
3 workouts a week.
Daily steps.
Normal food.
A structure that fits around real life.
Because the best plan is the one you can still follow when work’s busy and life gets chaotic.
How many Mondays have you wasted waiting for the “perfect time” to sort yourself out?
You say this one will be different.
New plan.
Fresh start.
All in again.
Then life happens.
Work gets busy.
You miss a session.
Food goes off track for a day.
Your routine disappears.
And somehow one bad day turns into another month of doing nothing.
That cycle is exhausting.
Most people don’t need another extreme plan.
They need something they can still follow when life gets chaotic.
That’s why I push simple structure:
• 3 workouts a week
• Protein with every meal
• Daily steps
• Calories you can actually stick to
Nothing fancy.
Just things that work in the real world.
The 14 Day Reset starts June 1st.
If you’re sick of restarting every Monday and want momentum again, apply through the link in my bio.
You don’t need to wait until things “calm down” to get back on track.
Because let’s be honest…
Life probably isn’t calming down any time soon.
That’s why so many people stay stuck.
They fall off for a week…
then spend the next month thinking about restarting instead of actually doing it.
The longer you leave it, the harder it feels to begin again.
That’s exactly why I created the 14 Day Reset.
Not to make you perfect.
To help you rebuild momentum before another few months disappear.
Inside the 14 days you’ll get:
• Simple workouts
• Easy nutrition habits
• Daily accountability
• Clear structure
• Support from me throughout
No extreme diets.
No training 6 days a week.
No starting from scratch every Monday.
Just a realistic reset for people who know they need to sort themselves out.
Starts June 1st.
Apply through the link in my bio.
You don’t struggle to lose fat…
You struggle to stick to what you start.
Every time it’s the same:
Go all in
Cut calories too low
Try train every day
It works for a week or two…
Then life gets busy.
You miss a session.
Food slips.
And instead of adjusting… you’re back to square one.
So you spend months “on a diet”…
…but never actually getting lean.
What works isn’t extreme.
It’s repeatable.
3 workouts a week
Protein in every meal
Steps every day
Calories you can stick to
Do that when life is busy… not just when it’s quiet.
That’s when things finally change.
If you want a simple structure you can actually follow, my 14 Day Reset is open.

💥 Cardio burns calories — but lifting weights keeps the fat off for good.
Most people rely on cardio when they’re trying to lose weight… but that only works while you’re doing it.
Strength training changes your body long term.
You build muscle → burn more calories at rest → keep the fat off for good.
Want to look lean, strong, and actually keep your results?
Start lifting.

A few years ago, I was drinking too much, out of shape, and genuinely unhappy.
Couldn’t keep a routine. Couldn’t keep relationships.
Felt lost.
When I started training, everything changed — not just my body, but my confidence, my mindset, and my life.
Now I help people who feel how I used to feel.
Because I know what it’s like to be stuck — and I know how to get out of it.
If you’re ready to make that change, message me “START”.
